Getting Down To Business
- Submit your franchise application for preliminary review and approval to move forward in the process
- Once preliminary approval of your application has been granted, you will receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD); the document that discloses all of the detailed information about Big Town Hero
- While you review it our Franchise Development Team will be available to answer all your questions
Meet The Team
If we both decide to move to the next step, you’ll be registered to attend a Discovery Day during which you’ll:
- Visit one of our locations
- Experience our food
- Meet the franchise management team and speak with them directly about operating a Big Town Hero franchise
Decision Time
- If Discovery Day is positive, and we decide to award you a franchise, we’ll begin preparing the franchise documents for signature and answer any last-minute questions
- Sign the franchise agreement and complete the necessary background checks
